Questions Dealing With Your E-Ticket:


The name on the tickets is not mine, will that be a problem?

No. The name on the tickets does not matter as the venue will only scan the barcodes on the tickets. The name on the ticket is entered by the original purchaser and it has no bearing on you getting into the venue.

I can only print the tickets in black and white, is that okay?

Yes. It doesn’t matter whether your tickets are in color or if they are in black and white. The tickets must be printed clearly – especially the barcodes on the tickets.

I can't open the attached file. What should I do?

This is most likely a software issue on the computer you are using. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader now for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html. If that doesn’t work, you will need to try another computer. Please try a work computer, a friend’s computer, or visit a FedEx Kinko’s to print out your tickets.

The Order Number on my tickets doesn't match my Order Number ID. Neither does the credit card information. Are these my tickets?

Yes. The important thing is to make sure the tickets you received match what you purchased from Dolly's Tickets. Please check the event and date to ensure they are what you purchased.
